Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our network installation and configuration services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Service Resolution

Service resolution requests are eligible when:

  • Network performance does not meet agreed specifications
  • Installation work does not meet professional standards
  • Configured equipment does not function as intended
  • Issues are reported within 30 days of service completion

Resolution Process

To request service resolution:

  • Contact Boostfilter within 30 days of service completion
  • Provide detailed description of the issue
  • Allow our technicians to assess the situation
  • We will correct any issues at no additional charge

What We Cover

Our service guarantee covers:

  • Installation workmanship and configuration
  • Network performance as specified in service agreement
  • Corrections to any installation errors
  • Technical support during guarantee period

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Equipment defects covered by manufacturer warranties
  • Damage caused by user modification or misuse
  • Issues caused by external factors beyond our control
  • Third-party service or equipment failures
  • Changes to property or infrastructure after installation

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when:

  • We are unable to resolve service issues
  • Service is cancelled before work begins
  • Mutual agreement is reached that service cannot be completed

Refund amounts are determined based on work completed and materials used.

Deposits and Prepayments

Service deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments. Prepayments for services not yet rendered may be refunded upon request.

Equipment Returns

Equipment purchased through Boostfilter may be subject to manufacturer return policies. We will assist with equipment returns when applicable.

Service Warranty

All installation work includes a service warranty as specified in your service agreement. Warranty periods vary by service type and are detailed in your contract.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, we encourage open communication. Unresolved disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use.
